All aspects of your staircase including materials, finishes and interfaces are intricately considered by our expert design team. Capable of withstanding the closest of inspections, the presence of your staircase will bear testimony to the passion and meticulous care involved in its creation.

Your property is unique, and so Bisca’s design engineers will always explore the full potential of the space available; seamlessly integrating your staircase with its surroundings and bringing to life your aspirations using state-of-the-art 3D design technology. With Bisca, anything is possible.

Bisca’s approach to design pushes the boundaries of material interfaces; our team is unrestricted by range of materials and scope for innovation. We have built relationships with an extensive supplier network to select the most premium quality and responsibly sourced products every time.

The project process is defined by detailed planning and scheduling which is overseen by a dedicated Project Lead at Bisca. Every aspect of the scope is incorporated, from building regulations; risk assessments; and structural surveys; to transportation; installation; and liaising with third party contractors.

Throughout your commission, Bisca will retain project cohesion by communicating clearly and at regular intervals, responding promptly both in writing, verbally and face to face with the client and all other stakeholders, to ensure a smooth and seamless installation.

Bisca’s staff will display the utmost respect for your property whilst on site. They will be courteous in manner, ensure their workspace is cleaned at the end of each day and consider each client’s individual circumstances whilst work is underway.

We’re not happy unless you are. Once your installation has been completed, Bisca follows up with every customer to gain final sign off and feedback; happy to advise on staircase maintenance thereafter. Every Bisca commission is endorsed with a standard 5 year warranty.
