Project Managing Your Staircase
Achieving what we promise to our clients is hugely dependent on the staircase project management skills of our people at Bisca. We strive to achieve the most superior quality of design, craftmanship, and customer satisfaction for every staircase commission we work on. But for us to ensure these aspirations are met – the intricate detail of each project must be carefully considered and scheduled. Site progress is closely monitored, managed and assessed – from concept through to its successful completion.
Once we have been instructed to design and craft your staircase, an experienced project management team is hand-selected to oversee the creation of your commission. This team will consist of a project design engineer and manufacturing project lead who will work together to draw up a detailed staircase specification document, outlining the full scope of work with timeframes for completion at each stage. Often we will not just be working directly with our client, but also with several third-party contacts including architects, structural engineers, contractors, interior designers and lighting specialists. Through our years of experience, we can sequence your project to incorporate the involvement of each of these partners, agreeing expectations collectively and managing the process to ensure our commitment to you is upheld.
Keeping You Up To Date During The Staircase Project Management
Our intention is that your experience with Bisca is one that you will enjoy and remember for many years to come. The key to us realising this goal is communication. We are always here to provide an update or to answer your questions. But also commit to contacting you at scheduled intervals; liaising with all your staircase project partners throughout the project’s duration; and meeting with you to gain approval for key milestones and showcase the progression of your staircase before moving on to the next stage.
At Bisca, our focus on staircase project management ensures that no stone is left unturned. You have our word…
